The two programs listed below are simple and straight-forward. Our goal is to make it easy for you (the wholesale purchaser) to know exactly what your costs and our requirements are. There are NO hidden fees, different prices for "special" accounts, or any way for someone to buy at a lower price than you.

DEALER

For our purposes, a DEALER is any person, or company that buys from us at case lot either for personal or business use, or for the purpose of retailing via any method (including but not limited to: stores, online, gun or other shows, mail-order, etc.)

The requirements are simple. You must purchase any item by case lots only. We have NO open accounts. All orders are prepaid. All our products are satisfaction guaranteed. Because we are on the road each weekend of the year doing Gunshows, orders placed on weekends will be shipped during the middle of the week. Our business hours are flexible but they are Tuesday through Thursday. All correspondence, (Phone - e-mail - snail mail) will be answered on those days.

SPECIAL NOTE: Van's Instant Gun Blue can freeze in very cold weather. So it is shipped ONLY on Mondays or Tuesdays during the winter months so that it arrives at it's destination before the weekend. There is no sense in having it freeze over the weekend in a Postal or UPS vehicle and then having to be returned to me for replacement!

Distributors are allowed to both RETAIL and WHOLESALE our products. We do require that you stay either exactly on our prices or have very slight modifications. If we find Distributors undercutting our Dealers, they will not be permitted to reorder.

Minimum opening order to qualify for Distributor prices is $350 (in aggregate). You may order any product exclusively or combine any products you choose. Each product is available in case lots only. We will not make mixed cases. All following orders must be $200 or above to qualify for the Distributor prices. There is NO required frequency of ordering or minimum purchases per year. (Note: Distributor orders falling under the $200 minimum will be billed at DEALER prices. We probably won't enforce that if there is only a couple dollars discrepancy, but don't automatically count on it!)

 

SHIPPING

Because of cost and availability, we ship by US Mail. Parcel post, (or priority for an extra fee). If you MUST have UPS or FEDEX shipping - Please e-mail us and get confirmation of that BEFORE you order. In my small town, dealing with either of them is extra time consuming and costly.
